There’s a new major blockbuster taking over the world and what better way to capitalize on its success than launching 5 new themed Lego sets? The second installment of Avatar dubbed - The Way of Water has been a major success grossing over $1.4 billion globally so far.
Lego has announced the launch of these 5 new sets that will continue along the theme of the already available Avatar sets with models of the 75577 Mako Submarine and the various stunning creatures of Pandora featured in 75579 Payakan the Tulkun & Crabsuit. You can expect to see the return of those taller minifigures featured in these sets with the addition of a new dark aqua version of Pandora’s denizens to the mix.
If the title doesn’t give it away, these sets will be heavily aquatic-themed featuring various aquatic settings including coral constructions and undersea rock formations; there's an especially diverse array of parts available in this lineup.
All five of these sets should be available from LEGO stores and their website on January 1st. Unfortunately, Indian Lego-heads will have to import, travel or await patiently to get their hands on the sets. The 75576 Skimwing Adventure and 75578 Metkayina Reef Home are available for pre-order right now through LEGO.com, in case you are in a region where it is available.
