Owl City once gave us Fireflies, now HP gives us the Dragonfly. Expanding on the range, the company has added the HP Dragonfly Folio G3 (₹2,01,000) which is built to combine laptop productivity with the convenience of a tablet, to allow you to work in a truly mobile manner.
With creators and collaborators in mind, the laptop comes with the HP Dragonfly Folio Pen, because writing with a pen just gets the ideas flowing (ironic coming from us, isn’t it). The pen magnetically attaches to the device and has three programmable buttons. It can be fully juiced wirelessly in just 30 minutes. Best and most interestingly, you can get even more creative by using the pen on the display of the HP Dragonfly Folio to ink on a secondary connected display thanks to HP’s Indirect Inking feature.
On the inside, the laptop is powered by Intel vPro with 12th Gen Intel Core processors. With LPDDR5 up to 32GB and storage up to 2TB, the HP Dragonfly Folio G3 can handle almost everything you throw its way. HP says a new thermal solution has been incorporated to optimise PC performance without adding significant weight or thickness and Auto Screen Dimming feature helps conserve battery power on those long stints without your charger.
Additional perks on the laptop include the 8MP camera ensures users show up naturally and the 100-degree field-of-view which makes those multiple-person meetings in the office with your WFH counterparts a lot easier. The HP Auto Frame feature really helps those who need to think on their feet, by keeping them in the frame, even if they are moving around. The HP Dynamic Voice Leveling adjusts the volume to maintain consistency so as to not deafen the poor victims of your monologues. For added security (and reduced anxiety), the HP Privacy Camera allows users to disable the webcam with the touch of a button.
Since sustainability seems to be the word of the week and a great trend for the future, the HP Dragonfly Folio G3 is built with recycled magnesium, aluminium, and ocean-bound plastics to help do its part.
