We reviewed the Adidas UB21 when they launched last year and for many of us, those still do a fantastic job of balancing good styling and performance. The UB22 is pretty much the same with a few itsy bitsy tweaks. These look good when you just want to grab a morning coffee from Starbucks but fit even better while working out. It’s got the same breathable upper that is made from 50% Parley Ocean Plastic.
The two new colourways add a pink hue to the three strips on the floating TPU mid-cage. Adidas says the new UB22 are designed to be tailored to female feet, and can deliver 4% more energy return. The shoes have a narrower heel and a lower instep (the lace area) to provide a better fit for the female foot. The shoes are available now on the Adidas website.
