Amazfit has quietly launched another wearable aimed at those looking for smart features and fitness tracking capabilities without paying a bomb. Called the Amazfit GTS 2 mini (new version), it is essentially a toned down version of the GTS 2 mini launched back in 2020.
While it retains most of the specs as the GTS 2 mini, the new version misses out on a couple of things, including the barometric altimeter, which is necessary to track a few sports modes.
Specs-wise, you get a 1.55in AMOLED display with 354x306 pixels resolution and Always-on option, 220mAh battery with up to 14 days battery life, 24-hour heart-rate monitor, blood oxygen monitoring, and water resistance up to 50 metres. It can also track close to 70 sports activities.
It is compatible with Android and iOS smartphones and connects using Bluetooth 5.0 LE. There’s also support for GPS and GLONASS. The Amazfit GTS 2 mini (new version) is priced at ₹5,999, and will be available online starting April 11.
