Ezviz is back and this time they aren’t just monitoring your home’s interiors and sibling’s bad behaviour, but the complete safety of your home’s exteriors. With outdoor surveillance as its central feature, the C8C is a camera that packs in panoramic monitoring, AI-powered human shape detection, colour night vision, and event-triggered active defence.

The all-in-one cam is capable of seeing, detecting and deterring in response to needs for property security. The C8C's attractive orb form and small size allow it to fit in any space of the house as well as other spaces like shops and factories. The camera can easily catch views of large outdoor regions where other conventional outdoor cameras cannot courtesy of its 360-degree field of vision. This outdoor Pan Tilt camera can monitor a vast area from multiple angles, making it a more cost-effective investment than the multi-camera setups that many families still employ to accomplish the same goal.

Additionally, the camera has a microphone with noise cancellation so you can keep an ear on all the neighbourhood drama (and crime of course). You can even control the C8C using the Ezviz App on your smartphone. The device comes with two exterior antennas for improved Wi-Fi connectivity and since its built for the outdoors, has a weatherproof enclosure allowing it to function well even in extreme weather conditions.

Since most people are more concerned about night time safety, the C8C has two built-in spotlights and a full-colour night vision mode to provide vivid pictures by lighting the surrounding area. The EZVIZ C8C comes with 3-night vision modes, a Full colour night vision mode,a Black and white night vision mode and a Smart night vision mode which detects movement and changes the video display from monochrome to full colour when motion is detected.

It offers simple control, live watching, and video playback via the app and all the videos are efficiently compressed using the H.265 standard and are captured in 1080p high definition. You even have the option of using the camera's local micro-SD card to store video or you can sign up for EZVIZ's CloudPlay, which offers a free trial period of up to 30 days. The cam is priced at  ₹6999.
