G-Shock's new MTG-B2000YST-1A channels dramatic storm aesthetics – and it's got the tech to match its moody looks. At ₹94,995, this MT-G series offers weather-inspired design flourishes and a range of features.
The standout feature is a rainbow ion-plated bezel that shifts colours like an approaching storm. The stainless-steel bezel, with its blue and silver IP finishes, is crafted from multi-layered carbon and glass fibre, featuring a lightning-inspired pattern. There's even a glow-in-the-dark phosphorescent layer that lights up like a flash in the night sky, as per G-Shock. The urethane band keeps things comfy while mimicking those brooding storm clouds.
Under the hood, you'll find G-Shock's MT-G Dual Core Guard structure with Triple G Resist tech, that, as per G-Shock, will shrug off shocks, spins, and vibrations. The carbon fibre-reinforced monocoque case sits snug in a metal frame, and a sapphire crystal keeps the face scratch-free.
