Lenovo is out to prove that gaming laptops don’t all need to be a hunk of metal that are difficult to move from your desk. It’s launched one of the world’s slimmest gaming laptops in the world, and it’s called the Lenovo Legion 7 Slim.
It has a thickness of just 15.mm, and weighs less than 2kgs. Its 15.6in WQHD IPS display features 165Hz refresh rate, slim bezels, Dolby Vision support, and with 180-degree hinges, you can lay the laptop flat on a surface.
Powering the laptop is an AMD Ryzen 7 5800H silicon, accompanied by a Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 GPU, up to 24GB RAM, and 1TB of SSD storage. No gaming machine is complete without RGB lighting, and Lenovo is offering a full-sized keyboard with RGB lights.
Keeping temperatures in check is Lenovo Legion Coldfront 3.0, which uses AI to control onboard resources and also gives users control of the fan speed and voltage.
The laptop packs a 71Whr battery, which is claimed to last up to eight hours on a single charge. Completing the whole setup is a set of 2W Harman stereo speakers with Nahimic Audio.
The Lenovo Legion 7 Slim retails at ₹1,44,990, and users get a choice of a single colour – Shadow Black. As a part of the launch, Lenovo is also offering three months access to Xbox Game Pass.
