Mahindra will be opening bookings for its highly anticipated XEV 9e and BE 6 electric SUVs on February 14 in India, and is promising an upgraded showroom and service experience to go with it. Customers looking to place bookings for the new eSUVs will get special perks at Mahindra dealerships and showrooms, designed to make the buying experience a lot smoother and more informative for the customer. Mahindra will, of course, also be selling its ICE models in the same showrooms, but eSUV customers will get a few additional zones and service options to aid the buying process.

The enhanced showroom experience will include an interactive showcase demonstration of the INGLO EV architecture which the new BE 6 and XEV 9e are based on, as well as a Sonic Studio demo zone to showcase the 1400W Harman Kardon infotainment system and Dolby Atmos capabilities in the new electric SUVs. Additionally, Mahindra has brought in 500 specialists from luxury brands to help with customer consultations.
The new and customer-focused approach will also extend to the service centre, as per Mahindra. Remote vehicle diagnostics will be carried out with the help of AI, and Mahindra service centres will also have dedicated EV bays to provide specialised service to the new eSUVs and any future products from the company's electric lineup. Battery repair centres will also be opened for dedicated EV batttery care requirements.
Other services to be offered by Mahindra include assistance with setting up home charging, integration with existing public charging networks, an app for tracking booking and order status and to book test drives, vehicle insights post delivery, and integrated payment solutions for public charging facilities.

The Mahindra XEV 9e and BE 6 were announced in November 2024, and deliveries will commence in March for early bookings. Prices start at Rs. 18.90 lakh for the BE 6, and Rs. 21.90 lakh for the XEV 9e.
