Kicking off the MWC 2023, Xiaomi unveils the flagship Xiaomi 13 Pro, the brand is out to provide picture-perfect performance with the latest collaboration with Leica.

Sporting a 6.7in OLED display with a 120Hz of refresh rate and 2K resolution, the 13 Pro packs Dolby Vision, HDR10+, HDR10, and HLG formats.  Meanwhile, the whole thing is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. The display offers a peak brightness of 1900 nits. The phone has a 3D bio-ceramic back (don’t ask us about the 3D bit, marketing jargon maybe). The Xiaomi 13 Pro weighs 229 grams and is available in Ceramic Black and White colours.

Under the hood, the Pro 13 has a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor with a maximum of 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The Xiaomi 13 Pro also uses quicker LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. The built-in 4820 mAh battery supports Xiaomi's 120W Hypercharge and 50W wireless turbo-charging. Moreover, 10W reverse wireless charging is included. Based on Android 13, MIUI 14 will make its way here as well along with dual speakers. The speakers are also Dolby Atmos-certified! Quite the package, eh?

But that’s not all… the device brings the Sony IMX989, a one-inch sensor for the 50MP primary camera. This sensor has made appearances in the past on the Xiaomi 12S Ultra. Additionally, Xiaomi claims to be using a Leica Vario-Summicron Lens (23mm) on the primary camera, which is married to "HyperOIS" for steadier images. With the Xiaomi 13 Pro, all three rear cameras support portrait shots in night mode. You can also shoot in storage-crushing 8K resolution. Moving to the 50MP telephoto camera. It employs a 75mm Leica floating telephoto lens and has OIS as well for steadier shots. Lastly, a 50MP ultra-wide camera with a 14mm Leica Lens system completes the rear camera module. Up front, there’s a 32MP in-display selfie camera.

Finally, there are newer titbits that sprinkle more tech all over this flagship — starting with a dual-SIM 5G support and Wi-Fi 7. The Xiaomi 13 Pro 5G will be available for ₹79,999 in two colour variants, Ceramic White and Ceramic Black. There's only the 12GB + 256 GB option announced for India.
