The Nikon Z6III has officially launched in India, introducing the latest in Nikon's full-frame mirrorless camera lineup. This model features what is said to be the world's first partially-stacked CMOS sensor, which Nikon claims is 3.5 times faster than its predecessor. The speed enhancement allows for high-speed continuous shooting with pre-release capture at up to 120 fps. Additionally, the camera offers the option to shoot at 60 fps in FX format.

The Z6III builds on the impressive performance and user-friendly features found in the Z9 and Z8 models. Featuring a 24.5-megapixel effective pixel count, this camera is designed to capture dynamic subjects and meet the rigorous demands of video production.

With the EXPEED 7 image-processing engine and an advanced CMOS sensor, Nikon says the Z6III supports internal 12-bit 6K RAW recording, offering exceptional detail and flexibility for professional videographers. Its electronic viewfinder (EVF) stands out with a brightness of 4,000 cd/m², a resolution of 5760k dots, and a broad DCI-P3 colour gamut, making it a key feature of this camera.

The camera also debuts "Flexible Color" Picture Control, enabling you to craft and share custom styles for a more personalised shooting experience. The Z6III has advanced image stabilisation with eight stops, delivering sharper portraits and allowing the creation of 96-megapixel photos. Additional features include in-body video stabilisation, lossless zoom, and customizable shutter sounds, all designed to meet the diverse needs of both photographers and videographers.

Beyond hardware, the Z6III integrates with Nikon's new cloud service, Nikon Imaging Cloud. This service offers Imaging Recipes and supports automatic image transfers to various third-party cloud storage platforms, streamlining photographers' workflows.

Other key features of the Z6III include advanced autofocus, low-light shooting capabilities down to -10 EV, and durable construction suitable for diverse shooting environments. The Nikon Z6III camera body is set to be available by the end of June 2024, priced at ₹247,990 (Body Only).
