The OnePlus Watch 3 has officially landed, bringing a host of upgrades over its predecessor. It features a 1.5-inch LTPO AMOLED display with 2,200-nit peak brightness. Always-on display support keeps key info at a glance, while a sapphire crystal cover and titanium alloy bezels add a premium touch with rugged durability.

Additionally, continuous wrist temperature tracking, real-time heart rate monitoring with high/low alerts, and SpO2 tracking—available both as spot checks and all-day monitoring—ensure you're always in the know. The OHealth app ties everything together, offering personalised health insights, Google Health Connect support, and Strava integration to streamline your fitness data.
