Alongside the flagship-grade Reno7 series, Oppo also launched a smartwatch, called Watch Free. At 33 grams and with a price tag of ₹5,999, the Oppo Watch Free is lightweight in terms of its form factor and your pockets.
It features a 1.64in AMOLED touch display with 280x456 pixels resolution, and DCI-P3 colour gamut. With support for Bluetooth 5.0, the smartwatch is compatible with smartphones running Android 6 and above or iOS 10 and above.
To help you on your fitness journey, the Watch Free is able to track over 100 sports modes, including badminton, cricket, and skiing among others. It is also capable of monitoring your heart-rate, blood oxygen saturation levels, as well as sleep (with snoring). Like a nagging loved one, it also reminds you to get off your bottom, if you’ve been sitting for a long time.
The battery onboard is said to last up to 14 days on a single charge, and when you do need to juice it up, there’s fast charging support. A mere five minute of charging can offer a day’s worth of battery life. You also don’t have to worry about wearing the watch by the pool, as it is waterproof up to 50 metres.
