Portronics has launched the Pico 13 portable projector, priced at Rs. 31,499 in India. The compact, battery-powered projector can be used wirelessly for up to a 120-inch projection from 3m away, thanks to a rechargeable battery and a built-in 10W speaker system. Impressively, this projector can project at Ultra-HD resolution for supported content, and also features smart connectivity with Android installed on the device to let you access popular streaming apps such as Netflix and Amazon Prime Video.

Looking at the technical bits, the DLP projector has a rated brightness of 3500 lumens for the projection lamp. Expectedly, you get a fixed zoom level on the Portronics Pico 13 projector, so the size of the projection depends on the distance between the projector and the wall or screen that it's projecting on. From a distance of 0.5m, it can deliver a 20-inch projection, while a distance of 3m will provide a massive 120-inch projection. You do get auto keystone correction, but you'll have to use the focus wheel to set it up according to the distance.

Usefully, the Portronics Pico 13 has a built-in 10W speaker system, and you can also use the AUX socket or Bluetooth to connect to external speakers or headphones. Charging and power for the projector is through a USB Type-C port, and connectivity to external source devices is through HDMI. The portable form factor means it can be taken along with you, and even used outdoors and in situations where power supply is limited.
