When shopping for smart TVs, some look for the best-of-the-best, while others are on the lookout for the most value for their cash. Redmi’s newest smart TV is aimed at the latter lot. Alongside the Redmi Note 11 series, the brand also took the wraps off the Redmi Smart TV X43.
As the nomenclature hints, this smart TV features a 43in display with 4K (3840×2160 pixels) resolution and HDR support. It also comes with ALLM (Auto Low Latency Mode), which reduces lag to 5ms at 4K 60fps for gaming consoles.
It is equipped with 30W speakers supporting DTS Virtual:X and Dolby Atmos via HDMI eARC passthrough to external Atmos soundbars and receivers. Connectivity options include HDMI 2.1 slots, two USB ports, an Ethernet port, an optical, and a 3.5 mm jack.
On the software front, the Redmi Smart TV X43 runs Android TV 10-based PatchWall 4UI, which comes integrated with support for IMDb ratings. The smart TV is priced at ₹28,999, and will be going on sale from February 16.
