If you are the kind of person who is picky about what enters your ears, you might want to stay off gaming live streams or even be inclined to move out of the urban areas of this country. If you are looking for a slightly less drastic measure, take a look at Sennheiser's latest creation– the IE 600. Priced at ₹59,990, this in-ear flagship model has been curated specifically for sophisticated audiophiles (cause who else is willing to spend that much).

Built using a patented 3D printing process, the IE 600 has been crafted from amorphous zirconium (ZR01). This extremely fancy metal has a glass-like atomic structure making it thrice as hard and bend resistant as high-performance steel. When this material is not being used for high-end products, it is busy toughening up the aerospace industry, making appearances in the Mars Rover. The treated ZR01 gives the device a sleek finish and extreme resilience against corrosion and scratches.

When it comes to sound performance itself, the IE 600 has acoustic back volume and precision-moulded resonator chambers housed in the nozzle. The Sennheiser TrueResponse transducer paired with a single 7mm driver is responsible for the virtually distortion-free reproduction of the sound. The acoustic system should also be credited for the steep bass slope seen in the earphones resulting in a powerful yet fast and accurate low-end response.

The IE 600  is both compact and ergonomic, with gold-plated MMCX connectors recessed in their housing for greater stability and guidance. They come with support for both 3.5 mm and 4.4 mm size cables, allowing you the choice between para-aramid reinforced unbalanced and balanced cables. The earbud tips come in the option of silicone or memory foam in three sizes with flexible, adjustable ear hooks to keep you listening to that expensive music for hours.
