Kudos to Sony for always trying something new and interesting to keep us tech folks busy wondering and guessing why and how these products come to fruition. Nevertheless, this is a critic-free zone and for our verdict on these, you’ll have to wait for the full review.
In the meantime, here’s what your neck is missing. The SRS-NS7 costs a whopping ₹22,990 and you get a fancy neckband with top firing speakers on either side of your ears. There’s also a passive radiator. The speaker has a 12-hour battery life with Bluetooth connectivity. You can slouch on the couch listening to music or use the bundled wireless transmitter to connect to your tv via the optical cable for reduced latency.
The speaker also supports Dolby Atmos but only when connected to Sony’s Bravia XR tellies. It’s also splashproof so you can carry your music around your neck from the bedroom to the kitchen. Maybe even talk work calls because it has microphones as well.
