Since the pandemic, we’ve got a thing for versatile gadgets that don’t chain us to our couch or a chair. One such device is Samsung’s The Freestyle mini projector, which was first
showcased at CES 2022.
Samsung may be a bit late to the portable projectors party, but it makes up for it by bringing a bag of tricks with it. For starters, it is ultra small and lightweight (830g), and it combines a portable projector with a Bluetooth speaker, and an ambient light.
It can project an image between 30 and 100 inches at FHD resolution, and it can rotate 180 degrees so you watch your OTT shows on a wall or the ceiling. Other features include auto levelling and auto keystone.
There’s a built-in omnidirectional speaker system capable of providing 360 degrees sound for better coverage across the room. It’s also got the same smarts as a Samsung TV with built-in streaming, mirroring for Android and iOS devices, and far-field voice control to use with voice assistants.
The Freestyle projector is priced at ₹84,990, but it is currently available with a ₹5,000 cashback. As a part of an introductory offer, buyers will also get a free carrying case worth ₹5,900.
