Vivo V50 launched in India for a starting price of ₹34,999

Vivo’s new V50 smartphone has arrived in India, featuring a quad-curved AMOLED display, powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor. It’s backed by a 6,000mAh battery with 90W wired fast charging, ensuring you’re powered up in no time.

The smartphone sports a 6.77-inch full-HD+ quad-curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 4,500 nits. Powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, it’s paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 512GB of UFS 2.2 storage, running on FuntouchOS 15 based on Android 15.

In the camera department, the V50 features a 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 50-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 50-megapixel front sensor, all developed in collaboration with Zeiss. It also includes Vivo’s Aura Light for improved lighting and AI-powered photo tools like Erase 2.0 and Light Portrait 2.0, along with features like Transcript Assist, Circle to Search and Live Call Translation. Additionally, the device is certified with IP68+IP69 ratings for dust and splash resistance.

The Vivo V50 is priced at ₹34,999 for the 8GB + 128GB variant, ₹36,999 for the 8GB + 256GB version, and ₹40,999 for the 12GB + 512GB model.
