With Vivo getting all set to launch the Vivo X90 on the 22nd of November in China, we felt its time to bring to you all the facts and goss about this new flagship that will hopefully reach our market soon enough.
The lineup is expected to bring three models– Vivo X90, Vivo X90 Pro, and Vivo X90 Pro+. The brand officially revealed a video on a Chinese microblogging platform Weibo, giving the world a glimpse at the design of a Vivo X90 series ( the model shown is believed to be the Vivo X90 Pro+). The sneak peek shows a quad rear cameras and an exciting Zeiss co-engineered camera setup.
The video also shows a textured rear panel with black and red colour options seemingly available for that handset. They are expected to bring a few upgrades over the current Vivo X80 series models.
Word on the street and the endless buzz all over the net suggests the flagship device will run on an Android 13 operating system, with 12GB RAM and Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. The Vivo X90 Pro+ is tipped to sport a 6.78in Samsung E6 AMOLED display with curved edges, offering 2K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. We can also hope to see a 4,700mAh battery with support for 80W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging. It will also likely feature Vivo's V2 chip for image processing. While the Pro should pack in the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC hipster, the more vanilla Vivo X90 is expected to have the MediaTek Dimensity 9200 SoC under the hood.
While the exact details are still a bit fuzzy and there still is a lot of goss floating around, stay tuned. We will keep you updated with all the official news as and when the deets drop.
