If you are looking to be more environmentally conscious, but can’t give up on your laid-back lifestyle, you might want to look into getting Xiaomi's Electric Scooter 4 Pro. It’s fun, definitely cheaper than a car, and well, you can now cut down your walking to the bare minimum.

Despite the change in manufacturer, now being Segway-Ninebot, the Electric Scooter 4 Pro resembles its predecessors in the range. The scooter weighs around 16.5kgs, supports weight up to 120kg, packs a 12,400mAh battery, and new 10in tires with a self-repairing coating.

According to Xiaomi, this scooter has an output of roughly 700W with a 25kph top speed, and a 45km range. Sporting an upgraded double-action disc brake on its rear wheel, this scooter has more control efficiency, an E-ABS braking system on its front wheel, and a new form of kinetic energy recovery system (KERS).

Additionally, the scooter features three speed modes – walking speed (up to 6kph), the second mode reaches a top speed of 20kph, and the third mode can reach the top speed of 25kph. You can switch between modes by simply double-tapping the power button.

The scooter is priced at €799 (approx ₹65,800), but Indian availability has not been disclosed as yet. So until then, walking will have to do! (Don’t worry, we hate it too)
