We expect the Indian variant of the Xiaomi Pad 5 to retain most of the specs as the global model. So you can expect a 11in WQHD+ TrueTone display with 120Hz refresh rate, and support for Dolby Vision and HDR10.
Under the hood will be Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 860 SoC along with 6GB of RAM, and 256GB storage. Backing up the device will be a 8,720mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.
Other features likely to be included are 13MP rear camera with LED flash, 8MP selfie camera, four speakers with Dolby Atmos support, and it will run Android 11 with MIUI 12.5 on top.
Globally, prices for the Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 start from €349 (approx ₹30,300), and go up to €399 (approx ₹34,600). It will be interesting to see how the tab is positioned in the Indian market.
