Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 is the latest addition to Qualcomm’s mid-tier lineup, built on a 4nm process. It brings a performance boost over its predecessor, the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3, with up to 11% improved CPU performance and 29% better GPU efficiency, all while using 12% less power.
The chipset includes on-device Gen AI support for managing everyday tasks and AI-based activity tracking that suggests apps and settings based on user habits, courtesy of the Qualcomm Sensing Hub. Additionally, the INT4 precision support enhances AI-driven experiences without draining the battery too quickly, as per Qualcomm.
Making its debut in the Snapdragon 6-series, Snapdragon Game Super Resolution upscales visuals from 1080p to 4K. Meanwhile, the Adreno Frame Motion Engine doubles frame rates for smoother gameplay.
Qualcomm aptX lossless streaming ensures high-quality sound over wireless connections, while LE Audio with Auracast allows audio sharing across multiple Bluetooth devices. The Snapdragon Low Light Vision (LLV) feature enhances photos and videos with noise reduction and it also supports up to 200MP single shots.

With the Snapdragon 5G Modem-RF System, you get 5G connectivity across a wide range of networks, including mmWave and sub-6 GHz spectrums. Additionally, the Qualcomm FastConnect Mobile Connectivity System offers Wi-Fi 6E speeds of up to 2.9 Gbps and supports Bluetooth 5.4.
