Acer Aspire 7 is a gaming laptop that won’t hurt your pockets too much

Acer has just launched its latest gaming-focused laptop, the Aspire 7. It comes with a 12th Gen Intel Core i5 processor for brain power and packs an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 GPU for gaming oomph. The 15.6in FullHD+, IPS LED-backlit LCD display sports an 81.67% screen-to-body ratio.
Running on Windows 11 out-of-the-box, the Aspire 7 has paired its powerful processors with 8GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. The RAM can be upgraded up to 32GB and the laptop offers up to 2TB dual SSD. On the cooling front, the laptop has dual fans, an air inlet keyboard, and triple thermal pipes which can get rid of the heat produced by the insides.
Additional standout features on the laptop include – a multi-gesture touchpad that supports a two-finger scroll, the backlit keyboard, gestures to open Cortana, an Action Centre and a fingerprint reader for authentication.
When it comes to connectivity options, the Acer Aspire 7 includes the usual Wi-Fi 6, 6E, Bluetooth V5.2, an HDMI port, USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port and Thunderbolt 4. The Acer Aspire 7 is available in Charcoal Black and starts at ₹62,990.
