Acer has unveiled the Nitro V16 powered by Intel’s latest 14th Gen Core i7 14650HX and i5 14450HX processors. The laptop comes with a 16-inch WUXGA display featuring IPS tech and a 165Hz refresh rate. The ComfyView LED-backlit TFT LCD cuts down on glare, while the Nvidia GeForce RTX 4050 with 6GB of GDDR6 VRAM takes care of the heavy-duty graphics.
In a fresh design tweak, Acer moved the logo to the centre of the cover, and the full-size numeric keypad with Amber backlighting makes gaming in low light easy. Plus, there's a multi-gesture touchpad.
The Nitro V16 comes pre-installed with Windows 11 Home and features a 512 GB PCIe Gen 4 SSD. This laptop is equipped with Acer Purified Voice tech, which leverages AI noise reduction through a three-microphone array. Additionally, it includes an Advanced Privacy Mode that provides far-field voice capture, dynamic noise reduction, and adaptive beamforming for enhanced communication, as per Acer.
In terms of connectivity, the Nitro V16 is equipped with multiple ports, including USB 3.2 Gen 2, HDMI 2.1, Thunderbolt 4, and ethernet, allowing connections to various peripherals and accessories. The device also supports Wi-Fi 6. The Nitro V16 is available in two configurations, priced at ₹99,999 for the i5 model and ₹1,09,999 for the i7 model.
