Asus ExpertBook CX54 Chromebook Plus launched for ₹76,500

Asus has launched the ExpertBook CX54 Chromebook Plus in India, marking its first Chromebook to feature the brand-new Intel Core Ultra 7 processor. Packed with Google’s AI features and up to 16GB of RAM, this Chromebook looks like it's ready to impress.

The ExpertBook CX54 sports an all-metal aluminium chassis, weighing 1.3 kg and measuring 1.69 cm in thickness. It features a 14-inch 16:10 touchscreen display with a 2560x1600 (WQXGA) resolution, up to 500 nits brightness, and a 120Hz refresh rate. Plus, it covers 100% of the DCI-P3 colour space.

The Asus ExpertBook CX54 runs on ChromeOS and comes loaded with AI features like enhanced video call clarity, noise cancellation, lighting adjustments, and background blurring to keep you looking sharp. Plus, Google Workspace is built right in, offering co-editing tools for better collaboration. With file sync on Chromebook Plus, your Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides are always at your fingertips—whether you're online or offline. For connectivity, the ExpertBook CX54 has Wi-Fi 6E.

The device features an 8MP webcam with pixel binning for crisp video calls and image capture. Thanks to Google’s machine learning HDRnet tech, the dynamic range and exposure are adjusted in real-time for high-resolution mode, as per Asus

On the connectivity front, it comes with Thunderbolt 4 USB-C ports and HDMI 2.1, allowing you to hook up multiple 4K external displays. It also includes two traditional USB Type-A ports for added convenience. This Chromebook Plus also meets US MIL-STD 810H durability standards, ensuring it can handle a few bumps along the way.
