Adding to the choices is the latest Black Shark 5 series of gaming smartphones, which includes the standard Black Shark 5, the Black Shark 5 RS, and the top-of-the-line Black Shark 5 Pro.
The Pro variant comes with a 6.67in AMOLED display with HDR10+ support, DCI-P3 colour gamut, 144Hz refresh rate, and 720Hz touch sampling rate. Under the hood is Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip with two vapour chambers flanking it to keep it cool in the heat of a virtual battle.
Other features include up to 16GB of RAM, 512GB storage, a triple-cam setup (108MP+13MP+5MP) at the back, and a 4,650mAh battery with 120W fast charging support.
The other two Black Shark phones come with a toned down set of specs. Prices for the Pro variant start from ¥4,200 (approx ₹50,100). The RS variant will be available for ¥3,300 (approx ₹39,400), while the vanilla variant will be available for ¥2,700 (approx ₹32,200).
