Asus revealed a trio of additions to its ProArt laptop lineup – the ProArt 16, ProArt PX13, and PZ13 at Computex 2024. These new models come with a promise to be thinner, lighter, and more portable than their predecessors.
The ProArt 16 is a refined version of the ProArt Studiobook. Drawing inspiration from the ROG G16 chassis, it features a refreshed design. Asus has also applied a nano black coating to the laptop, claiming it resists fingerprints for a cleaner look.
Powered by AMD's new Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 processor, the ProArt 16 offers 50 TOPS of NPU performance. Adding to this is an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 GPU, delivering a combined 321 TOPS score. The laptop features a 16-inch 4K OLED display and can be configured with up to 64GB of RAM and 4TB of solid-state storage. As a Copilot+ PC, it also features Microsoft's digital assistant button and a range of AI features, including StoryCube file management software.
Meanwhile, the ProArt PX13 is a 2-in-1 hybrid device, sharing its chassis with the ROG Flow X13. It houses the same AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 processor and offers up to an Nvidia GeForce 4060 GPU. The PX13 sports a 2.8K OLED touch display with HDR support. Additionally, this hybrid has been slimmed down to three pounds.
Lastly, there's the ProArt PZ13, a portable convertible tablet with a detachable keyboard. It has a Qualcomm Snapdragon Plus processor with a dedicated AI engine and a Copilot key for AI integration. The PZ13 is also built to withstand dust and water, thanks to a rubber splash cover with an IP52 rating. It includes a rare full-size SD card reader, along with a 5MP front camera with IR support and a 13MP rear-facing camera. This ProArt laptop iweighs around 1.8 pounds.
