Not everyone has the same amount of pennies to spend on a laptop and definitely not the same requirements from it. Dell has just launched the all-new Dell G15 AMD edition (5525), a range priced from ₹83,990 to ₹1,27,990 with some varying specs.
Powered by next-gen AMD Ryzen 6000 H-series processors, the new range features all the
necessary I/O ports, innovative thermal systems, and the latest Nvidia GeForce GPUs (up to RTX 3060). The stylish chassis comes in two colours - Dark Shadow Grey and Phantom Grey with speckles. It also comes with 5 different configuration options that are best suited for a gamer’s needs.
Like its predecessors, the G15 AMD version comes with an Alienware-inspired thermal design with optimal cooling, courtesy of the dual air-intake, ultra-thin fan blades, copper pipes, and four strategically-placed vents. You can also get DDR5 RAM ranging from 8 to 16GB, depending on the model alongside a standard 512GB ROM. All five models also have a 15.6in FullHD display with a 120Hz refresh rate.
Some of the many features packed on board include the Game Shift function that can be activated by pressing the FN + F9 key triggering a dynamic performance mode. It also includes the Alienware Command Center which enables you to not only tailor the hardware but also personalise the set-up to make the software just how you like it. The Dolby Audio and the orange backlit keyboard have also made an appearance here. We reviewed the Dell G15 5515
