Alongside the Nova Y90 smartphone, Huawei has also added to its TWS range, with the launch of the FreeBuds Pro 2. Collaborating with the France-based audio company Devialet, these earbuds have seen radical improvements in performance, battery life and design.
Equipped with dual drivers and three microphones, the buds give up to 47dB of noise cancellation. The Hi-res dual sound system supports the most extensive frequency range from the company, from 14Hz to 48k Hz. When it comes to the most desired feature from earbuds, the ANC, the FreeBuds have three modes – General, Cozy, and Ultra. It also has an Awareness mode for when you want to be clued into your surroundings. They have an additional adaptive equaliser, which enables the earbuds to compensate and adjust the audio depending on how the user wears them.
Huawei claims 30 hours of battery life including the case, with up to four hours of nonstop listening with ANC and 6.5 hours without. The buds have an IP54 rating, and are available in three colours — Silver Blue, Silver Frost (Black), and Ceramic White. The FreeBuds Pro 2 are priced at €200 (approx ₹16,500).
