Jabra brought the Elite 4 at the turn of 2022 but this year it has graced us with the new and improved Elite 5 earbuds. In a world where all the average person wants is silence, these Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) buds are just what the doctor called for.
Bringing you the quiet to focus, the Hybrid ANC uses feedback microphones on the inside of the ear, and feedforward microphones on the outside. As a result, the ANC performance is less sensitive to how the buds are positioned in the ear, resulting in more reliable noise cancellation across a wider frequency range.
The buds come powered by the Qualcomm QCC3050 Bluetooth chipset and use 6 microphones for calls. These mics are always active while the internal mics help you out when it's really windy. As for drivers, you get 6mm speakers with Qualcomm aptX Audio, AAC and SBC codecs. That’s not all! Jabra has teamed up with Spotify to offer users Spotify Tap Playback.
These sleek, portable earbuds offer comfort and a compact form. They bring on enhanced connectivity courtesy of the support of Bluetooth Multipoint, Google Fast Pair, Microsoft Swift pair, Google Assistant, and Alexa Built-In. They offer about 7 hours of playtime with the ANC on (28hrs with the case) with support for Qi-certified wireless charging and have IP55 durability.
The Elite 5 will be available on Amazon in two colours, Titanium Black and Gold Beige, beginning February 10th, 2023, with a price tag of ₹14,999.
