Lamborghini India unveils the all-terrain Huracan Sterrato

Worth a fortune!

They say luxury comes with a hefty price tag but what they forget to reiterate is that luxury can also let you slide the rear end of a Lamborghini on dirt tracks. So if you are a lover of all things opulent, you are definitely going to skip a beat at the sight of the new Lamborghini Huracan Sterrato.

The brand’s first all-terrain super sports car with a V10 engine and all-wheel drive made its debut at the Miami Art Basel. Lamborghini says that Sterrato offers optimized driving dynamics for perfect control in all environments and surfaces.

A notch better than the Huracán EVO. This new car comes with an updated version of the LDVI (Lamborghini Integrated Vehicle Dynamics) system, with specific Strada and Sport calibrations. Plus, it brings the Rally mode for low-grip conditions to the Huracan line for the first time.

Its exterior is quite rugged, there is a pair of LED lights on the nose, a small spoiler, flared wheel arches, black roof rails and an air scoop on the roof. There are newly-designed 19-inch wheels and study arches for its Bridgestone off-road tyres. Its ground clearance has increased 44mm as compared to the Huracan EVO and the track widths have also expanded by 30 mm at the front and 34 mm at the rear. Lamborghini has remodelled the front bumper and used aluminium underbody protection at the front.

Under the hood, Huracan Sterrato comes with a 5.2-litre V10 engine with a maximum power output of 610hp and 560Nm of torque (at 6500rpm), combined with 7-speed dual-clutch transmission and electronically controlled all-wheel drive with rear mechanical self-locking differential. Furthermore, it accelerates from 0 to 100km/h in 3.4 seconds and reaches a top speed of 260km/h.

The new Huracán Sterrato can be chosen from 350 exterior colours and over 60 colours for the leather and Alcantara interiors. The limited-edition production will start in February 2023. It will be priced starting at, you guessed it… ₹4.1Cr (ex-showroom), so start pooling in all those loose coins.
