Luke, Mando and the Dark Trooper helmets join the Lego brick paradise

One brick at a time

Lego is quite committed to turning shiny smooth surfaces into block shapes. The famously attractive showpieces from Lego and Star Wars collaboration featured Boba Fett and Stormtroopers and now the helmet-loving saga continues.

Lego and Star Wars have added three new helmets. The Luke Skywalker (Red Five) helmet from his glorious starfighter days. This is the first open-face helmet and not sure if you’ve noticed but making Lego structures is quite challenging with complex shapes.

The Mandalorian helmet is rather straightforward but that too has some neat tricks like colour separation to give that shiny Beskar look and feel. Obviously, this is not made from metal but the goal was to make it look and feel like it is. Even the Dark Trooper helmet is one on the tricky side. It’s titled in the front to give that menacing look from the red eyes. All the helmets are going to be available from March 1st. Indian pricing and availability are not available at the time of writing.
