MG Motors has finally decided on a name for its upcoming EV and it will be called Comet. Supposedly drawing inspiration from the iconic 1934 British airplane which participated in the England-Australia MacRobertson Air Race.
As per reports, the MG Comet can be on the lines of the company’s sister brand Wuling’s Air EV sold in Indonesia. It will, reportedly, measure around 2.9 meters in length and have a three-door, four-seater design. Could it be the smallest car running on roads in India? Well, you’ll have to wait to get a certain answer to that.
While the brand has not revealed a lot of information about its battery and range, we can safely assume its price to be in the lower price segments.
