With the market getting flooded with smartwatches of various sizes, shapes and brands, wearable with a fitness tracker, Bluetooth calling and notification feature is passé now. What’s the latest then? It's the Amazfit GTR 4; the newest edition in the GTR series, the watch comes with dual-band circularly-polarized GPS antenna technology and can support five satellite positioning systems which means this watch can be used to track users’ real-time movement.
In addition to this, Amazfit GTR 4 has the upgraded version of Zepp OS which uses less power. It debuts a battery saver mode (ya, kind of new for a smartwatch) and can last for up to 14 days. This version of the GTR series also supports an array of mini apps including a special ‘Baby Records’ application that can help users to record their baby’s sleeping and feeding time.
Another interesting feature on GTR 4 is its very own in-built Amazon Alexa that is there as a quick-access widget on downloadable watch faces. The watch also has an offline voice assistant for when there is no internet.
This Amazfit watch has internal storage too, it can store music and you can even also control music on your smartphone via Bluetooth. Looks-wise, it boasts a 1.43in HD AMOLED display and has 200+ watch faces (so you can match the watch face to your mood). Available in two colour options – Superspeed Black, and Racetrack Grey, the watch can be yours for a sum of ₹16,999.
