Nokia 8210 4G brings back vintage durability

A phone that makes your pockets feel heavier!

With fancy new phones like the OnePlus 10T launching every other day, we must not forget the roots of the smartphone industry. Those solid, trustworthy, anatomically gifted Nokia bricks, practically built a generation. Well, for those of you who think that era is dead, think again. Nokia has just launched the 8210 4G (not-so-smart) phone.

Launched alongside Nokia 2660 Flip and 5710 XpressAudio, this phone is created for a pretty specific demographic– the highly nostalgic or the not-so-technologically gifted grandparents. Initially making an appearance at the 1999 Paris Fashion Week, the Nokia 8210 makes a comeback over two decades later with that same vintage feel.

This standout design in a world of what phones look like today is accompanied by immense durability (as you’d expect). It even comes with a mind-blowing, never seen before feature– 4G, VoLTE connectivity. The relatively gigantic 2.8in display has that much-desired simple user interface. It also comes with a torch, wireless FM Radio, Mp3 player and comes with Gameloft Games and Origin Data games preloaded (impressive indeed!).

When it comes down to the specs themselves, prepare to have your mind blown. The phone has an up to 1GHz Unisoc T107 Single-Core processor and packs on 48MB RAM with 128MB storage (yes, MB). Thankfully you can expand the memory up to 32GB with a microSD. It is also a dual-sim phone and comes with a VGA rear camera and a 3.5 mm headphone jack!

It does support Bluetooth 5.0 and uses a micro USB for charging the 1450mAH removable battery. It gives a solid 8 hours of talk time on 2G and 6.2 hours on 4G. Available in Dark Blue and Red colour variants, you can get this phone on Amazon for just ₹3,999.
