As the OnePlus 13’s debut draws closer, leaks are ramping up—and the latest one is a major eye-catcher. Fresh, official-looking renders have hit social media, giving us a sneak peek at the upcoming handset’s design. An image of what could be the OnePlus 13 has started circulating on Weibo. Leakster Steve H. McFly @OnLeaks has also shared the photos on X.
The renders show the smartphone in a black colourway. And, while it retains much of the OnePlus 12's design, the camera module is now separated from the frame, positioned as a distinct circle on the left. The Hasselblad branding has also shifted, now sitting above an ornamental metal strip on the top right. The camera housing and the OnePlus logo remain unchanged.
The OnePlus 13 is expected to feature a 6.82-inch 2K 10-bit LTPO OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a new local refresh rate feature. OnePlus China head Li Jie revealed via Weibo that the OnePlus 13’s display has earned a DisplayMate A++ certification. The device will feature the new BOE X2 panel, which is said to be a significant upgrade over the X1 panel in the OnePlus 12. OnePlus claims the BOE X2 will offer 'high brightness' and improved 'eye protection' compared to its predecessor.
The device is expected to be powered by the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Elite (Snapdragon 8 Gen 4), with up to 24GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. Camera-wise, it’s rumoured to have a triple 50MP rear setup featuring Sony’s LYT-808 sensor, an ultra-wide unit, and a periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. It’s also tipped to pack a 6,000mAh battery, a significant boost over its predecessor, with support for 100W wired and 50W wireless charging.
