Ray-Ban and Scuderia Ferrari collaborate for new sunglasses

For a racy and stylish look

With Scuderia Ferrari in world F1 championship contention for the first time in a while, the team has collaborated with Ray-Ban to give the tifosi something new and stylish to look forward to.

Long time Scuderia Ferrari sponsor Ray-Ban sat down with drivers, Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz, to create sunglasses that incorporate their favourite personal styles and designs.

The Monegasque driver, who is currently in a tight battle for the championship with Red Bulls’ Max Verstappen, opted for a posh flash that fits perfectly with Monaco’s decadence and fashion sense. It sports brown lenses set in polished gold frames, and deep rims to “recall classic racing spoilers”.

The other pair created with Sainz opts for a sportier look with silver steel rims, black wing brows, dark grey lenses, and nosepads in yellow. This is his personal colour combination, representing both ferrari and the spanish flag.

Both pairs sport the Prancing Horse and Ray-Ban logos on the temples and are accompanied with a box, case, cleaning cloth, and numbered certificate of authenticity. Priced at $230 (approx ₹17,800), the custom, special edition Leclerc and Sainz’s Ray-Bans are now available for order online.
