Reports suggest Apple is planning to launch a “significantly skinnier” iPhone 17 in 2025

Thinner and better?

Apple recently showcased its slimmest iPad Pro yet at the Let Loose event. Now, according to a new report, the Cupertino-based tech giant is also planning to release thinner versions of the iPhone 17, MacBook Pro, and Apple Watch.

In his Power On newsletter, Bloomberg's Mark Gurman revealed that Apple is working on a slimmer iPhone 17 model set for release in 2025. Gurman mentioned that the company's goal is to provide the "thinnest and lightest products" available on the market.

The report also indicates that a similar redesign is being planned for the Apple Watch and MacBook Pro, without specifying a launch date. Notably, an earlier report suggested that Apple is preparing the most significant overhaul of its wearable with the Apple Watch X. This new model is expected to feature the thinnest design yet and include magnetic attachments for easy band swapping. If these reports are accurate, the new iPad Pro is just the beginning of a series of extremely thin and lightweight Apple products that will set new standards in the tech industry.
