While all eyes are on the flagship Galaxy S22 series, Samsung has now taken the wraps off its first Galaxy A device for 2022. Called the Samsung Galaxy S03, it is a budget offering with some interesting features.
There are two variants to choose from – base model with 32GB storage and 3GB RAM for ₹10,499, and the top model with 64GB storage and 4GB RAM for ₹11,999. Colour options include black, red, and blue.
As for specs, you get a 6.5in HD+ TFT display with a waterdrop notch at the top, an octa-core Unisoc T606 chip, Dolby Atmos support for wired and wireless headsets, and a 5,000mAh battery. It runs Android 11-based OneUI 3.1 Core out-of-the-box.
For photography, there’s a dual-cam setup at the back that includes a 48MP primary sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor. Up front is a 5MP selfie camera with built-in Beauty Mode. There’s also a Smart Selfie Angle feature, which lets users automatically click a wide-angle selfie whenever the smartphone detects multiple faces in the frame.
