Sony Bravia 2 series with Google TV features 4K Ultra HD Tech

Because staring at a blank wall is just not as entertaining!

After introducing the Bravia 9, Bravia 8, Bravia 7, and Bravia 3 not too long ago, Sony is back again with the debut of its Bravia 2 Series TVs, promising to take your home entertainment to new heights with 4K Ultra HD displays.

Featuring Google TV, the tellies in this series offer access to a vast array of apps, streaming services, and live TV channels. You can download over 10,000 apps and dive into a library of over 700,000 movies and TV episodes. Google TV also smartly organises content from different apps and subscriptions for easy access. Plus, these TVs support Apple AirPlay and HomeKit, enabling streaming from your Apple devices.

The Bravia 2 series offers two versions – the S25, tailored for gamers, and the S20, which caters to general use. Available in four sizes—43 inches, 50 inches, 55 inches, and 65 inches—each model features the X1 Picture Processor, enhancing details and colours for a near-4K viewing experience. The TVs also feature X-Reality PRO and Motionflow XR technologies. The audio is equally impressive, with Dolby Audio and Clear Phase tech. With 20-watt speakers, these TVs are said to deliver immersive sound for movies, sports, and music.

Built tough, these TVs feature X-Protection PRO tech, safeguarding against dust, humidity, lightning, and power surges. With a sleek, minimalist design and narrow bezel, they'll complement any living space. The series comes with a voice-enabled remote featuring hotkeys for quick access to popular streaming services.

The S25 variant designed for gamers also offers a responsive gaming experience with optimised features for the PS5 like low latency mode and optimised HDR settings. The new Bravia 2 Series starts at ₹95,990 for the 65-inch model and ₹74,990 for the 55-inch model. Prices for the 50-inch and 43-inch models will be announced later.
