The Asus ROG Fusion II series gaming headsets are all about high-res audio

With a bit of AI magic

The ROG Fusion gaming headsets have gone through many audio-first changes. Notably packing ESS dacs. The current Fusion II 500 and 300 come with an ESS 9280 Quad DAC for proper audio clarity and processing support.

It’s also fused with some AI magic to make life easier around noisy places. According to Asus, the AI Noise Cancelation creates a 40° acoustic zone in front of the gamer’s mouth that filters out distracting background noise from other directions. The AI is also trained to shush out around 500 million types of background noise, most notoriously your mouse, keyboard and chatty loved ones.

It’s not wireless but you do get plenty of wired connections. There is a 3.5 mm audio jack, USB Type-C and USB Type-A connectivity on the Fusion II 500. The 300 gets the same connectivity without the 3.5mm audio jack. It’s a ROG headset so naturally, you get RGB on both headsets. The ROG Fusion II 300 and 500 will be available in March of this year. The Fusion II 500 will be priced at ₹22,999 whereas the Fusion II 300 price will be announced closer to the launch date.
