Every once in a while Kickstarter introduces us to some of the most innovative products and accessories that totally change the game. The G-case is one such accessory that will make every other Nintendo Switch case look bleak.
The G-case is very clearly inspired by Gundam and just like the modular aspect of those intergalactic mechas, the G-case very easily offers interchangeable finger grips, modular controller grips and additional Switch accessories to make the whole thing compact and sizable.
The accessories include grips in three different sizes for different-sized hands, additional game card storage, an additional battery and, of course, a kickstand. The case itself has detachable side grips that you can slot together to make a controller housing for your joy-cons. Much like the original one, but just way more thoughtfully designed.
There’s also something called the Onedock that is pretty much shaped like a multi-port charger and lets you charge the Switch and also connect it to the telly. You can also attach a Bluetooth dongle that lets you connect to other third-party controllers. All this, and you get a carry case to dump all of these accessories in and be on your merry way. It’s no surprise that the G-case smashed through its funding goal and if you fancy the Plenbo G-case, head over to Kickstarter and reserve yours today. Shipping starts in June of this year.
