It’s time to add to the long list of mid-range smartphones with the new Vivo V25 Pro. This latest model from Vivo comes with that familiar ‘colour-changing’ glass back design, although this time, the V25 Pro comes in a ‘Sailing Blue’ variant that turns black when exposed to Sunlight or harsh UV light for a long period. And of course, if you aren't one for exciting gimmicks, the phone also comes in a Black coloured option, which does not change colour.
It is evident Vivo has focused a lot on design, with the curved front display and colour-changing back. The all-glass body gives it a more premium and sophisticated look. Sporting a 6.53in full HD+ AMOLED display with support for HDR 10+, the phone has a refresh rate of 120 Hz, with support for an adaptive refresh rate. Powered by a Mediatek Dimensity 1300 chipset, the phone runs Android 12 based on FunTouch OS 12. You also get an in-display fingerprint sensor as well.
The large CPU that runs at 3.0 GHz features a Bionic Cooling System that helps with gaming. You additionally get a Game Boost Mode, 120Hz Ultra Vision Screen, Immersive Audio System, Linear Motor and Game Antenna Design, to enjoy each game with great visual, audio, and tactile feedback.
On the camera front, you get a triple camera setup on the rear, which includes a 64MP Primary sensor coupled with an 8MP ultra-wide and 2MP macro. Up front you get a 32MP selfie shooter. The cameras boast OIS Night Video and a combination of the portrait bokeh algorithm and natural flare effects to make your subject stand out.
All this is backed by a 4830mAh battery that comes with 66W FlashCharge capabilities and a Smart Charging Engine to protect your battery. For memory and storage, you get two variants– 8GB+128GB or 12GB+256GB, priced at ₹35,999 and ₹39,999 respectively.
