WD Blue SN5000 NVMe SSD debuts with up to 4TB storage and 5500MB/s speeds

Western Digital’s Blue SN5000 NVMe SSD is designed for content creators and professionals tackling intensive workflows like multi-stream 4K video, high-resolution images, and audio projects. The M.2 2280 drive supports AI Data Cycle Stages 4 and 6,  optimising storage for AI-driven content creation. With PCIe Gen 4 tech and Western Digital’s nCache 4.0, it promises to deliver the speed and reliability you need to keep up with demanding projects.

The WD Blue SN5000 comes with up to 4TB of storage, clocking speeds of up to 5,500MB/s—24% faster than its predecessor. The drive also improves file and folder copy speeds and supports multitasking with NVMe tech. It has a durability rating of up to 1,200 TBW. It comes in sizes ranging from 500GB to 4TB, priced between ₹3,199 and ₹26,999.
