Although, there’s a long list of new and improved continuity features coming to macOS and the family of Apple devices, one of the most striking features from WWDC 2022 is the feature to use your iPhone as a webcam!
You may need an attachment to stick the iPhone on top of the MacBook’s lid or on top of the iMac. The attachment is something Apple will happily sell you or maybe you can go to Belkin for one. Point is that the Apple iPhone’s rear cameras can sparkle your face to the next Zoom interaction or to the internet if you’re the adventurous type (wink, wink). Continuity Camera will be automatically detected when the devices are near each other and it will include features like Center Stage, Portrait mode, and the new Studio Light. Fancy!
You can also let the iPhone’s Ultra-Wide lens show all the Cheetos and Mountain Dew lying on your desk while simultaneously should your face (in a separate window) grinning with Cheetos-joy.
