Following its preview at MWC earlier this year, Samsung is gearing to introduce the Galaxy Ring at the upcoming Unpacked event in July. Ahead of the debut, some leaks have emerged, showcasing the smart ring’s charging case, which bears a resemblance to the cases typically used for earbuds.
Tipster Ice Universe revealed an image of the Galaxy Ring charging case on Weibo. This case mirrors the design of Samsung's Galaxy Buds charging cases, though it has flatter edges and a glossier plastic finish. The ring sits on a circular cradle inside the case, ensuring it charges and stays secure. There’s also an indicator light on the cradle to show the charging status. It’s anticipated that the case will come in multiple colours. And, Samsung is likely to employ its proprietary charging method for the Galaxy Ring. You can read more about the ring here.
